Almost exactly two years ago today, I bought this video and tried to start a workout regimen. This is when I really decided to watch what I eat and get healthy. I made it all of two days through the 30 Day Shred two years ago. I decided last Tuesday, when I had exactly 30 days until our upcoming cruise that I was going to try it again. I am proud to say I am six days in, the soreness is dissipating and Jillian is giving me a good work out. I even took before pictures (in a swimsuit) and measurements to see if there will be a true difference. I highly recommend this video for anyone who wants a good workout in a short amount of time. (it runs about 2o minutes)
