Prepping

Falls are busy at our house. I coach golf practice, the kids are in school and we often have practice or events in the evening. One of my favorite things to do is to pre-chop and freeze food to make putting together weeknight meals easier. Grocery stores will sometimes mark down chickens so today I grabbed 3, picked off the meat and froze in 2 cups amounts which are perfect for casseroles or soups. While I was at it, I chopped up five onions and some green peppers too.
