My girlfriend and I took a cookie decorating class this morning. Though I don't believe I will be quitting my day job anytime soon, it was very educational and fun to learn some new techniques. The teacher, the author of this cookbook, had examples that were absolutely outstanding. I'll stick to the easy 'marbling' technique!
