Including my race, over the past eight days I have run/walked 14 miles. I even got up at 6:30 this morning and ran because I knew it was going to be a busy day. I can't believe how good I feel right now knowing that my exercise is done for the day. I had promised myself a reward if I could stick with my running regimen. The Nike+ Sportsband tracks the distance, speed and pace of your runs or walks. You can wear it on your wrist as a watch or clip it on to your shoe. Once you complete your run, you plug the device in to your computer and it will document with reports your runs. This is what I want for Mother's Day.
