Sunday night, I was invited to an incredible dinner. My friend DN had won this dinner at a silent auction benefiting CCVI (where Ryan received services until age 3). A private chef came in to the host's home and prepared a 6! course dinner. The final course is pictured here. A poached pear filled with chocolate ganache, dipped in chocolate and served on a bed of raspberry cream. I need to bump up my running routine after that night!
