A couple of weeks ago I was shopping at Kohl's and they didn't have them item in store that I saw online. In the past, I knew if you called customer service from the in-store phone, they will ship the item to your house free of charge. Now, you can skip the phone call! They now have kiosks in store where you can order your items input a coupon code (which I conveniently Googled on my phone while standing there) and have it shipped FREE.

I wish I lived closer to a Kohls and I would use it. Used to order much more when they offered free shipping codes but that happens so seldom anymore that I don't order near as much. Love using the 30 percent off codes that I find but once you pay shipping it kind of defeats the purpose.
