After Christmas I stocked up at Target on Pillsbury Funfetti frosting. It's already tinted green and comes with the sprinkles but they are not already mixed in. With MJ's birthday falling on St. Patrick's day, what a better use than to make Shamrock cookies for daycare and preschool? I've put in on the agenda for some night this week.
