11 Days to go
The countdown is on to Ryan's leg surgery. We've spent the morning at the hospital having pre-op appointments with Rehab, Physical Therapy and Pre-Admission testing. This morning I told him we were going to the hospital. He used his iPad and said "Ouch?!" I told him not this time but good question!

He is so awesome :) You are quite the little guy Ryan and loved more than you can imagine!!!
When Ryan was at our house yesterday, he signed that he wanted music (the Boze CD player). Then he went to his iPad and said "Teddy Bear" using the speech software. We knew immediately that meant he wanted us to play the CD with "Bear Hunt", one of his favorite songs. So glad he has a voice now thanks the iPad and software that's on it.
You didn't tell me that! Awesome!
That is awesome. Such a great thing that technology can help him vocalize his thoughts. Hang in there buddy, will be a tough few weeks ahead but well worth it I'm sure!
