The garden is finally really starting to produce some produce. Last week I canned bread and butter pickles (with cucmbers from my in-laws garden), made two batches of zucchini bread and canned jalapeño strawberry pepper jelly. My tomatoes are finally ripening and I see some BLT's in my future this week!
