Another Baking Day

Tonight Matthew has his annual Cub Scout cake auction. This years theme is St. Patrick's Day and Ireland. Since Matthew's birthday is tomorrow, I went ahead and also made a cake for his birthday and his brownies to bring to school. (FYI, Box mixes almost always have artificial colors or flavors). A baker, I am not but everything turned out great and my kitchen is still in one piece.
