25 lbs

Though I haven't posted about it, I started dieting along with my running back on February 13th. Today I hit the 25 lb mark of weight loss!  I don't have any official before pictures this time around but I will share an "after" one from our friend's daughter's first communion this weekend. I feel so much better and I'm running 15-20 miles a week.

Looking good, Sis! I need to lose 15-20 myself. Will bike while you run but need to eat better and eat less to get there.

Congratulations, that's great! I need to get back on the wagon myself, as I'm steadily creeping back up and am now just 10 lbs under my max. I noticed Healthy Choice finally has their bowl steamers back at least and just tried one out today, and it was as good as they used to be and only 280 calories. I don't know why but they seemed to stop making them for several years. Anyway, glad you're feeling fit and keep up the good work :)
