Robyn, Congratulations!! I am trying to lose weight as well. I'm on week 5 Day 2, but haven't lost any weight. Getting discouraged. Haven't really changed my eating habits though. How many calories a day do you eat? You look great!!
Jen, I use www.dailyplate.com You enter in you age, weight and activity level and it tells you how many calories to eat to achieve your goal. I am at about 1450/day to lose another 4 pounds or so.
Nice work! You are a very brave woman to post pictures of your back side, but I must say it's looking very good :-)
