Our air conditioner has been on the fritz for oh, about three years now. The part that needs to be fixed is under warranty, but each time they come out, they say need to order the part, pour some freon in and it gets us by for another year. Tomorrow when I call I'm going to say BRING THE PART WITH YOU! Maybe we can avoid another summer wondering when we're going to come home to an 80 degree house.
