Today I finished the C25K program that I started back in April. It's a 9 week program that works to get you from not running at all to running 3.1 miles or 5K. I completed it in 7 1/2 weeks and I've been running 5k's consistently for my work out for about two weeks now. I had an official race this morning running the Father's Day 5K. It was great to get my first one under my belt and I'm already signed up for another in July.
